I feel at peace alone in nature. I made several solo trips, hiking and cycling in France, UK and Iceland. In the summer 2020, I cycled from Reykjavik to the farm of the West Fjord where his grand dad grew up, before hiking in the Hornstrandir Nature Reserve. I also enjoy joining Kirkjubaejarklaustur, my family village, but riding around the Eyjafjallajokull glacier along Fjallabaksleið.

There is no word to explain the beauty and magnificence of hiking and cycling through the endless summer, sleeping in the moss, jumping in waterfalls and resting in geothermal waters. Cycling is also the most affordable and green way to travel. Gives you the chance to connect with nature, the elements, your body and soul, and locals.

In the summer, I work as a guide and photo teacher in Iceland in the highlands, taking tourists trekking in the wilderness. I also worked as photographer on expedition boats in the arctic, from East Greenland to Labrador, including the disco bay.
